For a long time I was caught in the wrong ones myself. So I rebuilt. I got clean, I taught myself to build, and I turned the chaos into systems I could actually run.

Then I started building those systems for other people. Apps. Sites. Tools. Books. Operating systems. Each one takes a pattern most people cannot see and turns it into something they can hold in their hand.
